Sisters' Vegetable Farm is located in Western Finland on the border between Säkylä and Oripää, where open-field vegetables have been cultivated for three generations. The expertise in growing high-quality, tasty, and healthy vegetables has been passed down from grandfather to father and from father to us, the daughters.
Our family business has been operating on the same farm since the 1950s. We have been actively involved in the farm's work since childhood and now we are responsible for the entire operation of the Sisters' Vegetable Farm.
We use as few pesticides as possible, and for example, we manually weed out most of the weeds with a hoe. We do not use fertilizers containing heavy metals, and there is no industry or major highways nearby. We utilize modern technology as much as possible, such as automation-guided tractors. Our soil is particularly good for growing delicious open-field vegetables because taste is important to us.
